What is your shipping policy?

I ship my items via USPS mail. Typical shipping times are 2-4 days. International shipments will go via U.S. first class mail. International shipments may incur a customs or duty fee. We are  not responsible for paying your country's customs fee for delivery. This is the responsibility of the buyer. If your international package has not arrived within 2 weeks, please go to your local Post Office and give them the tracking number for your package - they may be holding it for you to pick up.

What is your turnaround time?

All of my products are made to order, and since everything is handmade I'm on a 10-12 day lead time.

Can you engrave or stamp initials?

We don't engrave but we are capable of stamping up to three letters for initials. Choose yes on initials and let me know the letters you would like in the note section and you're good to go.

What is your refund policy?

All of my products made per order and by hand just for you. If there is any problem with your order, please email me first as I may be able to resolve most any problem for you. At Smiths and Kings, we stand behind our work and aim to craft the highest quality products with the highest level of customer service. Refunds may be given on a case by case basis. If you have a question or concern, please email me first so I can help fix the situation. Thanks!
